[MW] Jay Leno quote

“You can't stay mad at somebody who makes you laugh.”
So Shawn was starting to get the hang of this whole alternate dimension traveling thing.
More or less.
He was still missing some key skills—like how to land in a cool alternate dimension with lasers and aliens as oppose to a quiet village in the mountains somewhere. Not that he was complaining much about the mountains. The mountains not only had Jules, but a Jules that hadn’t yet lived through him telling her he loved her yet—not, all at the same time. It saved a whole lot of awkward. He knew that he probably should be honest with Jules about the fact that he, well, had a girlfriend.
He found that “had” was the operative word in that sentence. He wasn’t going to hold his breath waiting for Abigail to show up. It was just a waste of time, really, especially when Jules seemed like she really did like him. Kind of a lot. He wasn’t sure what the difference was between the Jules at home and the Jules here, but he liked it.
He made his way through the village, drumming his hands against his chest lightly as he went. All in all, this wasn’t such a bad place to be. Unless, of course, Jules may be temporarily mad at him for something he didn’t realize he was doing. And he still hadn’t managed to find her cat yet.
